His early career unfolded in the vibrant culinary scene of Manhattan, where he honed his expertise in Italian gastronomy while working in some of the city’s most esteemed establishments. In 2010, he brought his talents to the Hudson Valley, further developing his craft in several prestigious fine dining venues.
