Cena Di Tequila e Vino

Pasta Della Nonna in Goshen, NY proudly hosted a special Cena di Tequila e Vino in celebration of Mexico’s Independence Day. Guests were treated to a four-course dining experience that fused the artistry of Italian cuisine with the vibrant flavors of Mexico, each course paired perfectly with premium tequilas and wines.

The evening began with a refreshing Ceviche di Mare, followed by Spaghetti Verde tossed in a creamy poblano pepper sauce. The main course featured Red Snapper alla Veracruzana, pan-seared and topped with capers, garlic, and fresh jalapeño. To finish, guests enjoyed a decadent Gelato Fritto con Frutti di Bosco, golden-fried ice cream served with a berry compote. Each dish was paired with curated tequila cocktails and wines, including Gran Coramino Cristalino, Gran Coramino Reposado Espresso Martini, and selections from Valle de Guadalupe.

Pasta Della Nonna in Goshen, NY hosted an unforgettable French Wine Dinner on June 12, 2025, a sold-out evening that transported guests to the heart of France through food and wine.

The evening began with an Amuse-Bouche of Brie & Berries en Croûte, followed by Escargots à la Crème d’Anis, a delicate appetizer baked with spinach, mushrooms, and anise cream sauce. Guests then enjoyed Coquillettes à l’Oignon Français, mini pasta in French onion style topped with melted Gruyère, before savoring the main course: Bœuf Bourguignon, braised short ribs in red wine demi-glace, paired with Asiago polenta and frizzled onions. The night concluded with a decadent Mango Crème Brûlée, paired with a golden Sauternes.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with fine French wines, from crisp Alsace Pinot Gris to bold Burgundy Pinot Noir, creating a seamless journey of flavors.

The evening opened with a refreshing Mozzarella Caprese salad paired with Dore Versacrum Vino Spumante, followed by Arancini ai Gamberi con Caviale, saffron rice balls with shrimp and caviar, complemented by Colli di Luni Vermentino. Guests then enjoyed Orecchiette con Broccoli Rabe e Salsiccia, paired with the bold Ichnore Negroamaro, before savoring tender Lollipop Lamb Chops matched with Aglianico Donato d’Angelo.
